   This is a little snug.. but it is suppose to be to train the waist and it’s also adjustable to fit the waist to your desire.. good buy!

   I should have gotten a size smaller but it does work well, I sweat a lot in it. And it’s comfortable. But yeah, I disagree with them saying you need to order a size up. I’m normally size L and I ordered XL and wish I had gotten my normal size. Good product though for a great price.

   Good product. Fits just righ around stomach area but the bands around the top of the arms seems a little loose. overall good for wearing while exercising.
